My girls and wonderful husband went to work with me today.  I need to finish out the rest of the semester in order to take maternity leave for the Spring 2011 semester.  The students are working on choreography projects for the final.  Addison slept the whole time and Mikaela played and watched a movie.

We decorated for Christmas today.  Mikaela loved it.  This is also my favorite time of the year.

We went to breakfast at Coco's, then to the El Capitan to see Tangled, and Famous Dave's in Long Beach for dinner.  It was a blessed day.  I am so thankful for my family and the life I have been given.  Each day is a true blessing.

We celebrated Rylie's 3rd birthday tonight at her house with her family and friends.  It was a wonderful Tinker Bell party.  We all had lots of fun.

Happy Anniversary to my loving parents.  Congratulations on 35 years!!

Addison and I went shopping today for all sorts of different events: Christmas pj's, Christmas Eve outfits, wedding outfits, and Thanksgiving outfit for Addison.

We had a great time hitting the shops, I can already tell this little girl will be a shopper like her Nonna, mommy and big sister.  Mikaela got 2 packages today in the mail.  She was very excited to open them both.

HAPPY 5th ANNIVERSARY MATT

Five years ago today I was in Maui saying "I do" to the man of my dreams.  Words can't describe how I feel about him and all the joy he has brought to my life. He is my partner, spouse, best friend, the most amazing father to Mikaela and our newest little one, Addison, and we make the best team possible.

 We went to dinner at East Side Mario's for dinner with the Law's.  It was a great night.  Our first anniversary with both the girls



November 20

I love the faces you can capture while they are sleeping.  Today is my mom's birthday.  She is such a wonderful woman, mom, and Nonna.  We wish we were there to celebrate with her in Georgia, but Mikaela got to sing to her over Skype that was almost as good.  Happy Birthday Mom, love you very much.

We went to Brea Mall today and ran some other errands.  Matt and Mikaela enjoyed playing with the iPad at the Apple Store.

Addison is 1 week old today!  We had a mini-photoshot.  Also Mikaela was very excited to get a Big Sister card in the mail tday from Grammy, Pa and Auntie.  She wore a Big Sister sticker to Aunt Lorraines today that Nonna and Papa sent her

November 17

Today we went to pick out Addison's bedding from The Baby Guy.  He sales his stuff at the OC Swap Meet but has his warehouse in Santa Fe Springs.  We had an appointment at 10am.  I went in not really knowing what I wanted to get but was going to try and go away from the Hawaiian theme.  But low and behold look what I ended up with.  I was so happy for many reasons.  First the bedding is so bright and colorful.  Second it is very unique.  Third we got to walk out with it today.  Usually it takes about 3 weeks but we got our today.  Gerry from The Baby Guy has amazing ideas and is very helpful and kind.  Once we got home Mikaela asked to play with her Play-doh and Addison slept.  Which is pretty much what she does all day at this point.  Love newborns  :)

November 16

Addison got some beautiful flowers delivered the day she came home and I printed some pictures today to put up in the house.  Mikaela recieved a card from her Nonna and Pa and Aunt Betty also sent us a Congratulations card.

Grammy, Miakela and I took Addison to the doctor for her first check up.  She is prefect said Dr Sadde.

November 14

She is so tiny!  We had lots of visitors today, Bill and Jill, the Clark Family, Gina, Cameron and Cole, Grammy, Pa, Brittany and Brandon and Pam Lee brought us dinner.  We are so blessed with beautiful people in our lives.

Mikaela got to meet her little sister for the first time today.  She was so happy and overjoyed.  She is going to be a wonderful BIG sister.

WHAT A SPECIAL DAY!!

We spent Veteran's Day as a family, breakfast at Corner Bakery, some playground time at the LBTC before seeing Megamind, Dr. appointment to check out the baby then dance class.  I would have never guess that I would go into labor this soon but sure enough at 7pm my water broke.  Matt and I went to the hospital, I got my epi around 9pm, Dr Bender arrived at 11:40pm and at 11:52pm Matt delivered our newest baby girl.

We are very happy and proud parents and we know that Mikaela is going to be a happy big sister.  She was at Pa's house and was asleep by the time the baby arrived.

November 10

I love spending Wednesday's with Mikaela.  Today she was so proud to ride her scooter around the house.  It was a gift she recieved a long time ago and just now really getting into riding it.

My hubby and his best friend, Andy participated in the Muddy Buddy Race this morning.  It is there 3rd year racing and yes hey have on kilts.

Belly pictures at 36 weeks.  We are anxiously waiting to find out if little one is a boy or girl.

November 5

Matt and Mikaela went with me to see Dr B for my weekly check-up on the baby.  I am 36 weeks today and experienced some bleeding last night.  He has told me I need to stay home for the next week and relax.  He would like me to get to 37 weeks.  He also examined me and I am 1cm dilated. 

November 4

Bodie got a new bed today since we got rid of his chair and Mikaela has been very loving to her baby brother or sister today.  More than normal.  Higs and kisses and talk to him or her.

I just got done saying how it was November but look at out weather!! Crazy HOT and we turned on our AC.  Fall weather please come soon.
